Lauki {bottle gourd} Paratha

Ingredients - 1 bowl lauki grated 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 2 green chillies 1/2 inch ginger 1 tbsp coriander leaves 2 tbsp oil Salt to taste For paratha: 2 bowls wheat flour Salt to taste Preparation - Mix the wheat flour with salt, water and make a dough out of it For the stuffing of the paratha mix the lauki with coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, salt, red chilli powder and mix well. On the dough roundals place the stuffing and roll out round parathas. Place the paratha on the saucepan and roast it with a little bit of oil on either sides. Serve hot with yoghurt and pickles.
